Building a package

Bundle several activities into one booking — golf then karaoke, back-to-back, one price.
A package books several products in sequence as a single booking with one payment. Build them under Products → Packages.
1. Create the package
Give it a name and icon, set the minimum and maximum party size, and choose how it's priced:
- Fixed $ pp — one set price per person for the whole package.
- % off sum — the per-person prices of each step added together, minus a percentage.
Heads upPackages are always priced per person, so flat-rate products can't be added to one.
2. Add the steps
Use Add step to pick a product and duration for each part of the night, in the order guests will do them. Set a Gap before in minutes if guests need time between activities. The timing preview shows how the night runs end to end, and you can reorder or remove steps at any time.
3. Put it on sale
New packages start hidden from the checkout. When the steps and price look right, switch it to Online. Packages use your venue's default stop-sale time.
