Check-in & the live floor

Check guests in at the door and keep the floor moving — without touching what anyone paid.
Checking a guest in
There are three places to check a party in, and they all do the same thing:
- Mobile Check-in — built for a phone at the door (below).
- Live floor — the Check in button on a session.
- Any booking's details in Bookings.
Mobile Check-in
Open Mobile Check-in on a phone or tablet. With the search box empty it lists today's arrivals; type a name, email or booking ref to find anyone else. Tap to check a party in.
Tapped the wrong one? Undo appears for 8 seconds after each check-in. The list refreshes on its own every 20 seconds, so it stays in step with the rest of the team.
The live floor
Live floor shows every session on the floor right now and refreshes automatically. From there you can:
- Move a party to another lane or room with the Move to dropdown.
- Check in a party that's arrived.
- Finish early when a group wraps up before their time is up, freeing the space.
TipMoves and early finishes only change where and how long a party plays on the night. The booking itself — and your revenue reporting — always stays exactly what was charged.
